Tiffany & Co. partnered with Lady Gaga to create its first-ever Super Bowl commercial in 2017 around the Tiffany HardWear collection. To complement this iconic and highly anticipated collaboration, M+V was engaged to create an intimate and well crafted behind-the-scenes story.
We didn’t just want this to feel like a behind-the-scenes piece; instead, we wanted to create a visually stunning branded film. We sent a small unit headed by director Meeno Peluce to capture Lady Gaga’s journey working on-set with Vogue’s Grace Coddington and being shot by world renown photographer David Sims. We also filmed interviews and captured B-roll to bring it to life.
Ultimately, our piece lived on social channels to complement the print and Super Bowl ad for the new Tiffany Hardware campaign. It resulted in incredible earned media, including over 21k views on YouTube and 139k views on Instagram.
